How to Order a Prescription
There are a few ways you can order your prescription

Order online via Manage My Health - you can register for this at reception

Fill in the form to the right and the nurse will complete your request within 2 working days

For URGENT scripts, please ring through your request - there will be an extra charge if you need this done the same day
